Saturday, 11th of February 2012 - Kyiv

Venue: Hotel Premier Palace
Address: 5-7/29 T. Shevchenka Blvd., at Pushkinska Str., Kyiv 01004, Ukraine

Itinerary
11:00 – Hall opens for set up
12:00 – Venue is opened for visitors
14:00-15:00 – Coffee break
17:30 – Venue closes
18:00 – 19:30 – Reception in Premier Palace
19:30 – Taxi transfer to Train station (transfer will be provided by UIEF)
20:27 – Departure of the train for Zaporizhia (train tickets are provided by UIEF)

 We kindly ask all exhibitors participating in Zaporizhia part of UIEF to take all your luggage to Premier Palace venue as we life to train station right after reception. We will provide the place where you can leave luggage till the end of fair.

Sunday, 12th of February 2012 - Zaporizhia

Itinerary6:42 – Arrival to Zaporizhia
Transfer to the hotel (transfer will be provided by UIEF)
 We kindly ask to inform the hotel you stay about early check in, as venue will be opened for set up at 11:0010:00 – Hall opens for set up
11:00 – Venue is opened for visitors
14:00-15:00 – Coffee break
17:00 – Venue closes
18:00 –  till late – Official reception
